FINANCIAL POLICY

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Payment is due in full prior to services being rendered for patients with no insurance. For patients with insurance coverage: Your consult fee and fees for any x-rays taken are due in full on that day of service, those charges will be filed to your insurance. Your surgery fees will also be filed in full to your insurance; however we require an upfront payment of 50% before services are rendered. Please note that after we receive response from your insurance company you will receive a statement from us reflecting if you owe any additional or if our office should owe you a refund.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file your insurance for you. We are equipped to file your claims electronically, which accelerates payment of your claim. The total charge for your care is your responsibility whether your insurance company pays or not. We cannot bill your insurance company unless you provide us with the correct information and allow us to copy your card. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are not a party to that contract. *Our office is not a participating provider with Medicare, therefore we will not file any claims to them.*

We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but that must be implemented prior to the procedure. If you ever have any questions regarding our financial policy or your account please contact us. Many times, a simple phone call will clear any misunderstandings.
